In order to create a more realistic and consistent future vision for the clusters established within OSTİM, and to more accurately identify problems and potential solutions, comprehensive field studies were conducted with the support of the Ankara Development Agency.
To ensure a more realistic and consistent future vision for the clusters established within OSTİM, and to more accurately identify problems and potential solutions, comprehensive field studies were conducted with the support of the Ankara Development Agency. As part of these field studies, member firms of the Medical Industry Cluster were analyzed by experienced experts in their fields, and the firms underwent in-depth examination. At the end of the project, factors profoundly affecting both regional and firm-specific competitive conditions in the sector were identified. After objectively evaluating the data obtained from the firms, confidentiality was strictly adhered to, and only each firm received its own report card based on its analysis results. These outputs continue to guide the development of cluster policies today.
