
Following an in-depth analysis conducted within four clusters established under OSTİM with the support of the Ankara Development Agency, a field analysis focusing on member firms of the Medical Cluster, and building upon the initial study, has also been initiated with KOSGEB support. Within this framework, the project is based on 46 businesses operating in the medical industry, defined as SMEs, in and around the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone.
Following an in-depth analysis conducted within four clusters established under OSTİM with the support of the Ankara Development Agency, a field analysis study focusing on member firms of the Medical Cluster, and building upon the initial work, has been initiated with KOSGEB support. This study, focusing on the Medical Cluster's objectives and scope, is based on 46 businesses operating in the medical industry within the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone and its immediate surroundings, defined as SMEs. The project aims to develop a model and identify areas where firms can generate real projects by conducting in-depth analyses of these firms, focusing on "corporate development-oriented, sectoral/regional capacity-building" activities, developing a model based on the findings, and presenting real projects. As part of the pilot study to be implemented for the OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster within the scope of the project;

- Company-Based (Business-Specific) Analysis and
- Modeling studies have been carried out under these main headings. As of today, the final reporting process of the project is ongoing.
