The third event in our "Physician-Industry Meeting III | Oral and Dental Health" series, organized in collaboration with Ostim Medical Industry Cluster and the Ankara Provincial Health Directorate of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, was successfully held on October 19, 2026.
The meeting, organized to support domestic and national production in the healthcare sector and strengthen the ties between the medical industry and clinical units, was attended by OSTİM Board Chairman Mr. Orhan Aydın, OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster Board Chairman Mr. Fatin Dağçınar, officials from the Ankara Provincial Health Directorate, specialist physicians working in the public sector, and member manufacturers.
Opening Remarks and Group Presentation
The program, which began in the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Conference Hall, featured opening remarks by OSTİM Board Chairman Orhan Aydın and Cluster President Fatin Dağçınar, who discussed the strategic importance of physician-industry collaboration, the critical role of field feedback in product development, and the strengthening of domestic medical production.
Following the opening speeches, a presentation on the Ostim Medical Industry Cluster was given, providing participants with a detailed introduction to the cluster, its localization vision, the production capabilities of its member companies, and its medical solutions.
Field and Facility Visits
Following the general briefing and cluster presentation, the program continued with technical visits to the production facilities of our member companies operating in the field of oral and dental health.
- DENTCON (DENTİMPLANT Medical Health Inc.): During the first visit to the facility in OSTİM, the design, R&D, and production processes of domestic dental implant systems were examined on-site.
- MACROS (ERFADENT Dental Materials Ltd. Co.): Technical information was obtained about the dental implant technologies and high-precision production standards produced at the Kahramankazan facilities.
- SİSTEM DENTAL Medical Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.: At the company's Sincan facilities, the last stop of the day, the possibilities of domestic production of dental equipment, devices, and consumables were examined on-site. The event, where our physicians and manufacturers directly interacted and exchanged views, paved the way for new collaborative steps in meeting clinical needs with local solutions.
