According to Turkishtime's Türkiye R&D 500 data, two of our members are among the top 10 companies with the highest R&D spending in the health and medical sectors in 2025!
Ertunç Özcan Health Facilities and Medical Devices Industry and Trade Inc. ranks first in its sector with R&D expenditures of 181.4 million TL;
Okuman Medical Systems Inc. achieved a significant success by ranking 4th with an R&D expenditure of 77.1 million TL.
The fact that the sector's total R&D expenditures are projected to increase by 176.4% to 708.1 million TL in 2025, and the number of companies included in the R&D 500 is expected to rise from 7 to 11, demonstrates the strengthening of innovation capacity in the health and medical fields.
In this ecosystem, which ranges from medical devices to biotechnology, we are proud that our members contribute to Turkey's competence in health technologies and its value-added production goals through their R&D investments.
