As the Ostim Medical Industry Cluster, we visited our cluster member Sterilmed Medical at its new factory. During the visit, we received detailed information about the company's production infrastructure, product portfolio, and work in the field of central sterilization.
Established in 2009, Sterilmed Medikal specializes in the design and production of hospital sterilization equipment, offering a wide range of solutions including steam sterilizers, plasma sterilizers, washing and disinfection devices, and ultrasonic cleaning systems. The company also provides turnkey solutions for the installation of Central Sterile Materials Departments (CSSD) in healthcare facilities.
During the visit, the company's production processes and project approach were examined on-site. It was observed that Sterilmed offers an integrated service model covering all stages from the design and infrastructure planning of sterilization units to installation and commissioning. Furthermore, a mutual exchange of views took place regarding the current needs of the sector, the challenges encountered, and proposed solutions.
