Zimed Medical has established and implemented an integrated management system that complies with the requirements specified in the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC, EN ISO 9001:2015, and EN ISO 13485:2016. Simultaneously, it has created the necessary infrastructure to ensure the continuity and improve the effectiveness of this system.

Our company operates in all regions within Turkey and also provides services to healthcare professionals globally.

HISTORY

Zimed Medical was established in Gaziantep in April 2008 with a global perspective, having obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications. Initially prioritizing contributions to patient health primarily in the trauma group, Zimed Medical expanded its focus to include hip implants in 2010 and knee implants in 2011, demonstrating innovative approaches in the arthroplasty group in response to stakeholder requests, further strengthening its commitment to healthcare.

In order to expedite the delivery of its high-standard products to patients and to share up-to-date scientific data with physicians, the company completed its organizational efforts in Ankara in 2009 and in Istanbul in 2019, thus reflecting its interactive collaboration approach in the field.

With the "Multi-Axis Sliding Automatic and Wire EDM" project, which it developed together with the Silk Road Development Agency in 2011, and the achievements of this project, it has obtained high production technology and is strengthening this feature day by day.

In addition to its qualitative growth, Zimed Medikal also achieved physical growth in the first quarter of 2017 by moving to a new factory building with 10,000 square meters of indoor space.

Zimed Medical continues to support its qualitative and quantitative growth with new and advanced working methods, offering effective and lasting solutions to healthcare professionals.
