The Ütaksis project was established with 100% domestic capital and private enterprise. Initially run as a joint venture between two companies, the project has continued under the name "Ütaksis Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş." (Ütaksis Software Technologies Inc.) to achieve more efficient, faster, and stable growth, in line with its brand name.

Initially designed for the production of medical devices, the project was later adapted for use in the defense and automotive industries. The project's infrastructure is continuously updated to keep up with the latest technologies. Field experience and user feedback are evaluated, and the project is further developed by examining the regulations governing the sector. The goal is to meet customer needs most effectively by offering sector-specific, customized solutions.

In today's world, considering the remote work concept that has entered our lives, the architectural structure has been designed to work from anywhere with an internet connection and is compatible with all operating systems. In an era where security is paramount, a secure working environment is provided with multi-layered and role-based IP access restriction and VPN. In terms of traceability, in critical situations requiring the collection of products from the field, all parts that make up the product, the types of materials used in the parts, and the personnel working in the production processes and the equipment used by this personnel can be traced. In this way, defective products can be identified and a solution-oriented approach can be taken.

It is actively integrated with the Product Tracking System (PTS), developed by the Ministry of Health, which balances the entire sector in this field, including medical device manufacturers, importers, and users. It operates in full compliance with the European Union's current Medical Devices Regulation (MDR).

It is designed to provide data security, which is critical for defense industry manufacturers, and can operate in a closed loop, independent of the internet. Thanks to this closed-loop system, attacks from external sources are prevented.
