Since its establishment in 1997, TURMAKS has provided turnkey projects to countries in diverse geographies such as Turkey, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Darfur, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Mali, Ghana, and the Maldives, including United Nations camps and various Ministries of Health and Defense.

TURMAKS focuses on a wide range of areas, including field hospitals, prefabricated structures, vehicle-mounted and mobile health solutions, mobile command centers, and disaster command centers. These customized, economical, durable, high-standard turnkey projects offer short delivery times, rapid installation, and have proven their success in various field and environmental conditions.

Since 2009, TURMAKS has been pioneering the production of silicopolymer materials using its self-developed recycling technology, continuing to manufacture manhole covers, flooring materials, and construction formwork. Recently, TURMAKS has also incorporated nanotechnology into its activities, starting mass production of all kinds of nano-structures in the kilogram and ton range daily. TURMAKS carries out its production of integrated, deployable, mobile/portable healthcare systems and R&D activities using the most advanced techniques in its 4400 m2 facility.
