Sisoft was founded by Ömer Siso in Sivas in 1987 under the name Çözüm Bilgisayar, and became a company with legal entity status in 1989.

We started developing our software in those years. The first of our DOS-based software programs, Çözüm Pharmacy and Drug Tracking, was prepared in 1988 for the SSK Tokat Hospital at the request of the then Chief Physician, Op. Dr. Ahmet ÜSTÜN, using the BASIC language, which was widely known at the time. Due to data storage and capacity problems, the code was rewritten using dBase in a very short time. Shortly after, when it was requested that this process, which was done with a single machine, be done with multiple terminals using the main machine, it was decided to use Clipper Summer 87 because dBase was too expensive for this process.

When we launched our first hospital automation system in the same hospital in 1991, we felt a justified sense of pride in being the first. Until 1997, software was produced using DOS, but from that year onwards, it was replaced by Windows-based software running under Oracle. This process, which involved competing with rivals at every step, a constant back-and-forth between the anxiety of survival and the desire to be the best, reinforced our claim to be the best in the sector with higher quality and more secure software and a stronger management structure.

Our company, which has been operating in METU - Technopark since 2003, changed its name to Sisoft Healthcare Information Systems in the latter half of 2010 to align with our international company, Sisoft Healthcare Information Systems, in order to provide easier access and communication in different languages.

Sisoft has introduced its new generation 3rd generation web-based software to healthcare institutions under the Sisohbys brand and with the slogan "operating system and web browser independence." With features such as ease of use, a visual interface, multi-language support, mobile authentication, and e-signature, it has already become number one in its class. Sisoft WEB HBYS, which runs at the highest performance on all Linux distributions, and especially on PARDUS, our national operating system developed by TÜBİTAK, has gained acclaim both nationally and internationally.

We have positioned operating internationally as the focus of our company goals to contribute to increasing our country's international competitiveness. In the latter half of 2010, we launched a large-scale initiative to increase our international competitiveness and offer our software to a very wide range of countries in different geographical regions.

Sisohbys, a web-based hospital information management system with J2EE architecture, has been launched as a 3rd generation HBYS (Hospital Information Management System) for all healthcare institutions and organizations. We also continue to support and develop our 2nd generation HBYS, which runs on Windows.

Sisofamily, developed as a family medicine information system under the WEB platform, has been made available to all our family physicians.

We have made SisoEBYS available to all institutions and organizations with its unique features among other Electronic Document Management Systems. In mid-December, we received the TSE 13298 certificate for SisoEBYS following an audit conducted by TSE (accreditation conditions for Hospital Information System) should be established like TSE 13298, and HBYS companies that meet the necessary criteria should be accredited in this way).

Sisopacs, our PACS/DICOM software, which we began developing in 2004 and which is successfully used in our healthcare facilities with the slogan "The Only PACS Entirely Developed by Turkish Engineers," is registered with TİTUB (Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency) and approved by the Ministry of Health, has CE certification, and is also certified for conformity by IHE, an international certification organization. Sisopacs, which competes with international PACS manufacturers with its 3D features, is comprised of software developed entirely by our company's R&D unit.

With Sisomobile, we eliminated our users' dependence on their desk computers. The Sisoft Medical Clinic Assistant application, launched in recent years, along with the Sisoft iPhone/iPad, Android, and Windows Mobile applications, enable our users to work while on the go. We have also made it possible for our users to download the Sisomobile application for free from the Apple Store and Google Play.

To expand our experience in Türkiye internationally, introduce our products to the global market, and reap the rewards of our success, we have renewed our brand and image. To enhance our ability to reach and communicate in different languages, we changed our brand from Çözüm Bilgisayar, which we had loved and used for nearly a quarter of a century, to Sisoft. We have aligned our flagship product, registered under the name Sisoft Sağlık Bilgi Sistemleri, with our international company, Sisoft Healthcare Information Systems. With a new vision, new expectations, an expanding team, and stronger references, we have completely renewed ourselves to offer secure, technologically advanced, humane, and more unique products to healthcare professionals.
