Founded in 1997 as a sole proprietorship under the name Modül Elektronik İletişim Hizmetleri, our company began its institutionalization efforts in 2011 under the name Modül Grup Mühendislik Elektronik Medikal İnşaat Eğitim ve Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi. As of 2012, it transitioned to quality management systems with ISO 9001:2008 certification, followed by ISO 13485 certification in the first half of 2013, and has accelerated its production with its developing corporate structure.

Our company is an organization that produces electronic designs, software, and hardware for the defense, medical, and advertising industries, meeting both quality standards and international standards. We are an R&D firm that develops projects according to the demands and requests of individuals, institutions, and companies.

At the beginning of 2013, our company entered the branding process for its products under the Oxivent brand, consolidating its production under this brand.

2013 was a significant year for our company's development, and Modül Grup Mühendislik took a major step towards becoming a leading firm in the medical market by achieving a first in domestic production in Türkiye with its CE-certified, domestically produced Portable Emergency Lung Ventilator, featuring its own software and hardware.

In the coming period, our company will continue its branding efforts and intensive R&D studies aimed at bringing domestic production to our country, and will continue to contribute to the market in which it operates with high-quality products that meet international standards and a superior service understanding for its valued customers.
