Organizing a foreign trade delegation with B2B meetings in Vietnam and Cambodia between March 28 and April 5.

Within the scope of our UR-GE project supported by the Ministry of Trade and the Sectoral Trade Delegation Incentives, an Overseas Trade Delegation (B2B Delegation) organization is being arranged to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and Phnom Penh City in Cambodia, with the aim of increasing our export potential for the medical sector.

• Manufacturers of medical devices/equipment and consumables • Medical technology and software companies
Services Included in the Delegation:
• B2B matchmaking and bilateral business meetings in Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh • Accommodation in 5-star hotels (Mai House Saigon Hotel / Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh) • Flights from Ankara to Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh to Ankara • Flight from Vietnam to Cambodia • Airport, hotel and meeting area (visits) transfers • Vietnam and Cambodia visas • Overseas travel health insurance • Overseas departure tax stamp • Meeting rooms, technical infrastructure and coffee break services • Lunch on meeting days (2 days) • Professional guiding service
The organization has been planned as a detailed and comprehensive service package, encompassing all its aspects.
Participation Fee:
The participation fee for one person (single room) per company has been set at 7,940 USD.
If a second person from the same company wishes to participate (double or single room), information regarding the fee for the second person will be provided separately.
Companies participating in the OSTİM Medical Cluster IV UR-GE Project will be able to benefit from government support up to 75% of the announced amount, while companies participating in the Sectoral Trade Delegation will be able to benefit from support up to 70%.
Companies wishing to participate must complete the preliminary application form, sign the participation commitment form, and make their payments by the end of business on February 25, 2025.
Note: For companies requesting a Turkish interpreter, interpreting services will be provided upon payment of the fee.
