The "Medical Biotechnology Conference," organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Health, and TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), will be held on Monday, May 27, 2013 (10:00 AM - 1:30 PM) at the Feza Gürsey Conference Hall in the TÜBİTAK Headquarters Building. The conference, which will be opened by the Minister of Science, Industry and Technology, Mr. Nihat ERGÜN, and the Minister of Health, Dr. Mehmet MÜEZZİNOĞLU, will feature presentations on research in the fields of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biomaterials, biomedical equipment, and medical diagnostic kits.
The meeting is expected to include a presentation by the President of TÜBİTAK, Prof. Dr. Yücel ALTUNBAŞAK, providing information on TÜBİTAK's upcoming calls for proposals in the fields of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biomaterials, biomedical equipment, and medical diagnostic kits.
The special session will feature experts involved in the technology roadmap studies, who will present developments related to the technology roadmap studies in medical biotechnology.
