It has become necessary to establish a legal framework for the licensing and inspection of medical device warehouses and sales centers, which have lacked legal regulation in our country until now.
For this purpose, the draft regulation on "Warehouses and Sales Centers Selling Medical Devices," prepared for the licensing and supervision of these establishments, is attached.
A review meeting regarding the aforementioned draft regulation will be held with officials from associations, federations, and confederations formed by members of the medical device sales and distribution center sector at the Ankara Crowne Plaza Hotel on May 29-30, between 10:00 and 18:00.
Please ensure that no more than two representatives from the association, federation, or confederation you represent attend the meeting on the specified date and time.
