Ostim Organized Industrial Zone Directorate takes the highest possible security measures to ensure the lawful collection, storage, and sharing of your personal data and to protect your privacy.
Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent way possible, in accordance with Article 10 of the "Law on the Protection of Personal Data" No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, about how your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal reasons, and your rights.
1- Data Controller
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data;
Data may be collected and processed by Ostim Organized Industrial Zone Directorate (OSB) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
- How Your Personal Data Is Collected

Through the information we have requested within the scope of our licensing activities related to construction and production, as well as services such as electricity, natural gas, and communication provided by the Organized Industrial Zone,
Through forms on the OSB website or by entering information such as name, surname, business or personal email address, or by logging in using a username and password,
You can obtain information about our infrastructure and other services by providing information to our employees or suppliers verbally, in writing, electronically, or through paper forms.
Business cards, resumes (CVs), and proposals are exchanged physically or virtually, face-to-face or remotely, verbally or in writing, or electronically, for purposes such as establishing commercial relations with the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB), applying for jobs, or submitting proposals.
In addition, data obtained indirectly from various channels, such as websites, blogs, surveys, informational articles, and similar sites, as well as social media, data provided by publicly available databases, and publicly available profile and data from social media platforms, can be collected and processed.
Your personal data, obtained lawfully through the methods described above or in other ways prior to April 7, 2016, the effective date of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), is also processed and stored in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
- How Your Personal Data May Be Processed and the Purposes of Processing
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the personal data you share with OSB may be processed by us, wholly or partially, automatically or non-automatically, by obtaining, recording, storing, modifying, reorganizing; in short, by subjecting the data to any kind of processing. Within the scope of KVKK, any operation performed on the data is considered "processing of personal data".
All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing and access to your personal data, and to ensure the secure storage of your personal data.
Your personal data may be collected, processed, and transferred when you use our website with the intention of using and following OSB services, when you log in to the “Participant Login” and “Send Message” portals, or when you participate in training, seminars, or organizations organized by OSB, based on your consent for the processing of your personal data or on legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and other relevant legislation. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
4- To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our common stakeholders, business partners, business contacts, service providers and subcontractors in line with the purpose of the services we provide, for the purposes of enabling our business units to carry out the necessary work to allow you to benefit from the services offered by the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB), customizing and recommending the services offered by the OSB according to your requests and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of the OSB and those with whom the OSB has a business relationship (technical and administrative operations carried out by the OSB, ensuring the physical security and control of the OSB's locations, supplier evaluation processes, legal compliance process, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing the OSB's operational strategies and ensuring the implementation of human resources policies; and to prosecutors, courts and relevant public officials upon request and as required by law in matters relating to public security and legal disputes.
5- Storage and Protection of Personal Data
Your personal data will be stored confidentially in the databases and systems of the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data); it will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances except for legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document. The OSB is obligated, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unauthorized access, and to take software-based measures such as access management and physical security measures for the systems and databases containing your personal data.
If it is discovered that personal data has been obtained by others through unlawful means, the situation must be immediately reported to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing, in accordance with legal regulations.
6- Rights of the Personal Data Subject According to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
According to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the rights of the Personal Data Subject are as follows:
• To learn whether personal data is being processed, • To request information regarding the processing of personal data if it has been processed, • To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad, • To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), • To request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, • To object to a result that is detrimental to the individual arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, • To demand compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), you must submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) in writing. Within this framework, the channels and procedures for submitting your written application to the OSB under Article 11 of the KVKK are explained below.
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can submit your request, including the necessary information to identify you and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise as specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, by filling out the form at www.ostim.org.tr. You can personally deliver a signed copy of the form, along with documents identifying you, to OSTİM Organize Sanayi Bölge Müdürlüğü 100. Yıl Bulvarı No:101/A, 06370 OSTİM / Ankara - TURKEY, send it via notary public or other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law, or send the relevant form with a secure electronic signature to ostimosb@hs02.kep.tr.
