Our Association's Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (Non-Election) will be held at our Association's headquarters on 31/05/2024 at 10:00 AM. If a quorum is not reached at the first meeting, the meeting will be held without a quorum on 07/06/2024 at 10:00 AM at the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Directorate Conference Hall – 100. Yıl Bulvarı No:101/A Ostim, Yenimahalle / Ankara, with the following agenda.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can authorize another company official or employee to represent your organization at our Extraordinary General Assembly by completing the Representative Notification Form in Appendix 1 and ensuring the participation of that official in our General Assembly.

Formation of the Presidential Council
Authorizing the Board of Directors to make and implement all necessary decisions regarding the collection of unpaid membership fees from association members.
The establishment of the DISASTER REFORM FOUNDATION, in which our association will also be a founding member, the payment of the allocated funds for the foundation, the completion of all establishment procedures of the foundation, and granting authority to the board of directors to appoint a representative for this purpose.
