Dear Member,
The OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster Association and the OSTİM Foreign Trade Coordination Office will organize a trade delegation to Azerbaijan's medical industry sector between December 16-20, 2024.
The delegation will conduct bilateral business meetings and visit relevant institutions/organizations. In addition to the delegation specifically planned for the medical sector, companies operating in various sectors within the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone ecosystem will also be able to participate. For participating companies, B2B meeting arrangements will be made using the resources of the Foreign Trade Intelligence Center and with stakeholder institutions/organizations located in Azerbaijan.
Accordingly, the participation fee per person in a single room has been set at 1,530 USD, and the participation fee per person in a double room has been set at 1,310 USD.
(The participation fee includes airfare, accommodation in a 5-star hotel with breakfast, transfers within the program, B2B meetings, conference package, visits to institutions and organizations, and one dinner.)
Medical sector companies can receive approximately 70% support from the Turkish Ministry of Trade under the Sectoral Trade Delegation support program, based on the participation fee.
Note: Company representatives participating in the delegation must be employed and registered with the Social Security Institution (SGK), or be the owner/partner of the company.
Companies wishing to participate in the delegation should send the attached application form, signed and stamped, to nilsu.erkanli@ostim.org.tr by Friday, November 29th.
