OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster participated in the opening of Lokman Hekim University VITAL Simulation Center.

Lokman Hekim University VITAL Simulation Center, one of Turkey's most advanced centers in the field of health technologies and medical education, was inaugurated today with a ceremony. The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu, and hosted by the university administration.

At the ceremony, Dr. Mehmet Altuğ, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lokman Hekim University, Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Gültekin, and Prof. Dr. Engin Dursun, Director of the VITAL Simulation Center, shared details about the center's educational vision and technological infrastructure. The center aims to elevate practical processes in medical education to a higher level with high-fidelity simulators and realistic clinical environments.

The opening ceremony was attended by Fatin Dağçınar, President of OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster, Mehmet Aydıngün, Vice President, and Nilsu Erkanlı, Cluster Coordinator.

Lokman Hekim University, which has an existing cooperation protocol with our cluster and is among our cluster's "supporting institutions," has further strengthened its strategic partnership in the university-industry ecosystem with this opening. The cluster management believes that this high-tech training environment offered by the center will create a "qualified human resources" ecosystem that will directly improve the quality of healthcare services by enabling students and healthcare professionals to gain real-world field experience beforehand.

This collaboration is significant because it will enable the domestic medical industry to be more strongly integrated into clinical processes through joint projects and training activities in the coming period.
