The general assembly was attended by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş, Yenimahalle Municipality Mayor Fethi Yaşar, Beypazarı Municipality Mayor Dr. Özer Kasap, as well as representatives from academia, civil society organizations, and the business world. OSTİM ecosystem institutions and organizations were represented at the general assembly by their executives. Those attending included OSTİM OSB Board Chairman Orhan Aydın, OSTİM OSB Board Vice Chairman Sıtkı Öztuna, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at OSTİM Technical University Prof. Dr. Sare Sahil, OSTİM Foundation Director Gülnaz Karaosmanoğlu, Construction and Industrial Machinery Cluster Coordinator Fevzi Gökalp, OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster Coordinator Nilsu Erkanlı, OSTİM Renewable Energy and Environmental Technologies Cluster Coordinator Mehmet Suphi İnal, and OSTİM Rubber Technologies Cluster Coordinator Ceyda Nur Altuntaş.

In his speech at the 7th Ordinary General Assembly of the Ankara City Council, Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone, explained that OSTİM, through its competitive analysis conducted as part of regional development efforts, has established sectoral clusters to foster cooperation, synergy, and collaborative competition, thereby working to make Ankara and Turkey competitive on a global scale.

Aydın emphasized that they also appreciated the valuable work of the Ankara City Council, and stated that they would always support the energetic efforts of Ankara City Council President Halil İbrahim Yılmaz. Thanking all participants who contributed to the work of the Ankara City Council, President Aydın expressed his hope that the general assembly would be beneficial for Ankara.

Ankara City Council President Halil İbrahim Yılmaz stated that the ability to have a voice without discrimination contributes to the city's development. Noting that a large majority of the more than 400 proposals prepared by the Ankara City Council with hard work and intellect have been accepted and implemented by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Assembly, Yılmaz thanked Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş.
